Format Recordings is proud to welcome North American producer and DJ Henry Vengeance back to the label for his inaugural EP following a smashing debut on our Six Degrees V/A Compilation.
Hell Hole EP consists of four tracks, three of which culminated from the refinement of live performance projects over the past several years capturing the raw and relentless underground sound in places like Milwaukee, WI, Rockford, IL, Brooklyn, NY, and Middletown, CT.
“Hell Hole” and “Your Worst Nightmare” consist of seethingly precise rhythms, driving sounds, various effects, and a pulsating head punch of mental industrial influenced techno. “Rise” is a classic electro respite with influences by artists like The Advent and Drexciya.
Rounding out the release is a super groove Minneapolis techno remix of the title track brought to you by Mistress Recording artist Doubt (Ian Lehman).
